Loved by farmers all over the U.K.
Getting rarer and rarer, I always liked the Sportrak, but they are impossible to find for sale.

Capable. Awful. Hilarious.
I’ve driven both the small Feroza (this thing) and the larger Rocky and still wanted a Jimny/Sierra/Samurai.
And yet...

My dad had one of these as a demo vehicle when he was working as a Daihatsu salesman. I want to say his had the manual transmission.
The dealership also sold Toyotas and Mitsubishis, his demo vehicle before this was an Eclipse. That was pretty slick. I can’t remember if it was a turbo car, this was 1989-1990, after all.
Before he worked at the Toyota-Mitsu-Diahatsu dealer, he was working at the local Nissan-Mercedes dealer (strange pairing), the whole family was hyped about the Z32 that was coming out that summer. My aunt and uncle were going to buy one from Dad, but then he quit to go work at the Toyota dealer. They still got a Z32, N/A (turbo cars weren’t out yet, their car was the first one registered in Alabama), t-tops, white on burgundy, soooo pretty.
Sorry to sorta hijack the thread.
